Our Treatment Process

We begin with a thorough inspection to identify signs of rodent activity and determine where mice or rats are living and traveling. We strategically place commercial rodent bait in areas such as garages, utility rooms, underneath kitchen sinks, crawl spaces, and attics. When appropriate, we install tamper-resistant bait stations to help protect children and pets while allowing rodents to feed safely on the bait.

For homes, restaurants, warehouses, and other commercial properties, larger exterior bait stations may also be installed around the perimeter of the building. These stations help intercept rodents before they enter the structure and are one of the most effective long-term methods of rodent control.
